WHO ARE WE
Innovative Infill was founded by a pair of construction industry professionals in our early thirties, frustrated by the difficulty of purchasing homes in London to meet the needs of our own growing families.
We identified a gap in the market for a boutique developer who could bring our professionalism and skills, honed on major projects, to the delivery of small sites across London.

WHAT HAVE WE DONE
Both founders are qualified construction industry professionals who as senior leaders in several of London's major developer-contractors, have delivered hundreds of residential units on challenging infill sites across the capital with an overall portfolio of completed projects worth in excess of £200 million.
Both principals have led major, complex schemes at every stage from inception, concept design and planning consent through procurement, contract management and on-site delivery.
We bring major-project know-how to every infill scheme we undertake, combining our decades of industry experience with a compelling vision of how to make it work better.
